Dilapidations

Design, Build, Fit-Out

As part of that design process, we can provide a full tender park including drawings, specification and priced schedule of works.

We can offer a 3D visualization service that utilizes advanced 3D software to create graphics and render designs.
This service, also known as 3D modelling, is particularly useful for floor plans and interior design projects as it allows for a more detailed and accurate representation of the final design than traditional 2D plans.
Tendered Works
Drawings, Specification and client requirements are mostly provided within a tender pack.
We will provide costs, our designers can provide any additional design for the construction of the works.
